My Offerings
Sonia offers a small number of grounded, body-based practices for women who are busy, overwhelmed, or feeling disconnected from themselves. All sessions are guided with nervous-system awareness and a trauma-informed approach.
Reconnect.
Yoga at Śaraṇa offers a space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and return to a sense of inner balance. Sonia shares both Yin Yoga and Kundalini Tantra Yoga, two complementary practices that support deep rest, embodied awareness, and gentle energetic exploration.
Yin Yoga is a slow, floor-based practice where postures are held for longer periods to encourage physical release and allow the nervous system to settle. These sessions invite the body to soften, helping to ease fatigue, overwhelm, and stress held in the body, and usually close with a guided relaxation or meditation.
Kundalini Tantra Yoga draws on traditional Hatha yoga foundations with subtle Kundalini influences. Through posture, breath, mantra, and stillness, the practice encourages grounding, self-awareness, and connection with your inner landscape. Rather than intensity, the focus is on cultivating presence and developing a personal relationship with your practice.
Classes are offered in group settings and occasional workshops, creating a supportive space to explore yoga in a way that feels nourishing and accessible.


Rhythm of Breath.
Breathwork at Åšaraṇa offers a gentle yet powerful way to reconnect with yourself through the rhythm of the breath. Sonia is a Holosomatic™ Breathwork practitioner with a strong foundation in traditional pranayama techniques, guiding sessions that support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and mental clarity.
Each session is carefully held and intuitively guided, creating a safe space to explore the breath as a tool for self-awareness and healing. Practices may be calming and restorative or gently activating, depending on the intention of the session, helping to release stress, process emotions, and restore a sense of balance and connection within the body.
Breathwork can be especially supportive for those experiencing stress, emotional holding, or a sense of feeling stuck or disconnected, and offers a powerful reset without the need for physical movement.
Sessions are available as 1:1 experiences, for couples, or in small group settings, allowing for a supportive and personalised approach to each journey.
Balance.
Energy Work at Śaraṇa offers a quiet, supportive space to restore balance and reconnect with your inner steadiness. Sonia shares predominantly hands-off intuitive energy sessions, informed by her training as a Reiki Master and a qualified energy field healing practitioner.
Her approach is grounded in over eight years of working with the subtle energy layers of the body and the Koshas—the energetic sheaths that surround and support the physical body.
Sessions are gentle, non-invasive, and guided by what is present on the day. The focus is on grounding, rebalancing the system, and allowing the body and mind to settle, creating space for natural restoration to take place. Many people find these sessions particularly supportive when feeling depleted, emotionally overwhelmed, or overstimulated, or when simply needing a calm, contained environment to pause and reset.
Energy Work is offered as 1:1 sessions, allowing for a deeply personalised and attentive experience.


Our Gatherings.
Śaraṇa gatherings are designed as a gentle invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life and return to yourself. These experiences offer space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your body, your breath, and your energy, held within a calm and supportive group environment.
Through a blend of practices including Kundalini Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, and Energy Healing, each session is thoughtfully curated to support presence, balance, and inner awareness. Sonia also offers seasonal workshops and special events, creating opportunities to deepen your practice and connect with others on a similar path.
These gatherings are open to all levels and are held with care and intention, allowing you to explore what you need in the moment -whether that’s rest, movement, release, or quiet reflection.

How to Work With Me.
Working with me offers a calm, supportive space to slow down and reconnect with yourself. You don’t need a clear goal or a plan. You don’t need to know the right practice to choose. This work meets you where you are.
There are several ways to work with me, depending on what feels most supportive at this time. Some people begin with regular yoga classes. Others choose breathwork or energy-based sessions. Many arrive simply knowing they need space - and we decide together what is most appropriate. If you’re unsure where to start, you can reach out for guidance.
